Trop Saint accepts the return of product(s) that are defective or damaged during shipping. You can return the item you’ve ordered completing the following steps:
- Email to contact email@example.com to request a return
- Product(s) must be returned unused with no dirt or scratch marks, with all parts & packaging included.
- Product(s) packaging must be in good shape, and not torn or punctured.
- Send the product(s) back to us within 30 days of the product(s) arrival to destination.
- All returned product(s) must be securely packed when shipped back for return
- Trop Saint is not responsible for return shipping charges.
- For your own protection, please use a recorded delivery service to return the product(s).
Orders cannot be exchanged. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date to obtain a refund. Please ensure the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through Trop Saint (www.tropsaint.com) at any time.
Refunds for orders will be credited to the original purchasers once returned and received at our warehouse. Please allow up to 7-10 working days after receipt of your return to confirm when a refund will be issued.
Please note: All card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time. Please note that this may vary between card issuers.
