Delivery

All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).

You can check the status of your order by following the link sent to your confirmation / shipped order emails. Or log into your “Customer Account” to view your order details.
We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Please note that whichever service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and handling charges on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed.
