RETURNS & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged during shipment. To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Return Request: Contact our support team at contact@tropsaint.com to initiate your return.
- Original Condition: Ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original parts and packaging. The packaging must be intact—not torn or punctured.
- Return Window: Send your return to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Secure Packaging: All returned products must be securely packaged. For added security, please use a delivery service with tracking.
- Return Shipping: Please note that Trop Saint does not cover the cost of return shipping.
TRADES / EXCHANGES
- Standard Orders: For standard products, exchanges are available. Please return your order within 30 days to obtain a refund or exchange if the return conditions are met.
- Personalized & Made-to-Order Products: Products fabricated per order or personalized items (such as phone cases with your own pictures) are not eligible for refunds. In these cases, if a defect or damage occurs during shipment, an exchange may be offered in accordance with our policy. Please contact support@tropsaint.com for assistance with these orders.
