Return Policy

We accept defective or damaged product during shipment. You can return the item you ordered by performing the following steps:

• Create a return request by contacting the following contact email: support@tropsaint.com

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original parts and packaging included.

• The product’s packaging must be in good condition and not torn or punctured.

• Return the product to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt.

• All returned products must be securely packaged.

• Trop Saint does not bear the cost of return shipping.

• For more security, please use a delivery service with tracking option to return the product, in order to be able to follow its delivery.

TRADES

Orders cannot be exchanged. Please return your order to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt to obtain a refund if the return conditions are met. Please ensure that the return conditions are met.

REFUNDS

The reimbursement of orders will be re-credited to the credit card used for the initial transaction. Once your order has been received in our warehouse, your refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days after the refund is validated, depending on your bank's processing time.
